📸 Terms of ServiceLast Updated: 2/17/2025By booking a photoshoot or purchasing any photography services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:1. Booking & PaymentA non-refundable deposit of 30% is required to secure your session.
Full payment must be completed before receiving final edited photos.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled shoot are non-refundable.2. Photoshoot GuidelinesClients must arrive on time to avoid losing session time.
If you are late by more than 15 minutes, the session may be shortened or rescheduled at my discretion.
Additional time can be added at an extra cost if the schedule allows.3. Editing & DeliveryStandard turnaround time is a week and a half to two weeks for fully edited photos.
Rush editing is available for an additional fee.
RAW/unedited images will not be provided under any circumstances.
The final selection of edited images will be made by the photographer.4. Usage Rights & CopyrightThe photographer retains full copyright to all images.
Clients are granted personal use rights (e.g., social media, personal prints).
Commercial use (e.g., prints for sale, merchandise, advertisements) requires a separate licensing agreement.
Photo edits or filters applied by third parties are not permitted without explicit permission.5. Cancellations & ReschedulingCancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to receive a partial refund or credit toward a future session.
If the photographer cancels, a full refund or reschedule will be offered.
Weather-related rescheduling is allowed for outdoor shoots at no extra cost.6. Conduct & LiabilityThe photographer reserves the right to end a session early due to inappropriate behavior, harassment, or unsafe conditions, with no refund provided.
The client assumes responsibility for personal belongings, costumes, or props during the session.
The photographer is not liable for unforeseen circumstances such as venue restrictions, lost items, or personal injuries during the shoot.7. Special Event & Convention CoverageThe photographer will be available during agreed-upon times and locations.
The client is responsible for any badges, passes, or permissions needed for event access.
Rush editing and video turnaround times will be outlined in the specific event contract.8. Agreement & AcceptanceBy booking a session, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service. The photographer reserves the right to update these terms at any time.9.NSFW & Adult-Themed Shoots (If Applicable)NSFW shoots are available only to clients 18+. A valid ID may be required for verification.
Respect & professionalism are expected at all times. Any inappropriate behavior or harassment will result in an immediate termination of the session with no refund.
NSFW sessions will be conducted in safe, private, and professional environments to ensure the comfort of all parties involved.
The client must communicate clear boundaries and expectations before the session.
The photographer reserves the right to decline any requests that they deem unsafe, illegal, or beyond their creative scope.
NSFW photos are for personal use only unless a commercial licensing agreement is discussed and signed.
